i have the same problem, im slight deaf in my left ear, but can hear ok in my right ear. i use to wear the big hearing aids that wrap around the top on your ears. they use to annoy me, but YES they do work ALOT!. my wife is planning to get me the ones you cannot see, like a little bug inside your head way inside your ear. they might cost plenty, but they never come out, you never see them, and you can hear through it 100% you can get water in your ears without it having any problems… check it out.

for my answer, YES they work and they are worth it…they are worth every penny, you’ll be able to hear what your lover is saying to you, you can hear what others are saying about you in the other rooms =) and you dont need to turn your tv loud anymore =)
